As you can see my method
for bending the tubing
involves no fancy tools.
I've made (2) 7" diameter
wheels from MDF "wood"
and used a round rasp
to make a make them shaped
like pulleys. Then clamp
to my work bench. Just
put the tubing between them
and pull.
Of course go a little at
a time.
Sneaking up on things is
the secret to doing a good
job on a lot of parts.
