The hoops were bent
according to the
dimensions in the plans.
Later I got the newer
photo guides and saw
the elaborate method
Zenith was now recommending
for bending the hoops to
match the canopy.
This involved cutting several
trial guides in plywood and
adjusting them each time for
the error.
I might have used their method
if I had learned of it earlier.
As it was a had to tweek my
hoops a little here and there
after trial fitting the canopy
on them.
To tweek them you just put
them back in the bending jig
and add or subtract a little
curvature.
