After the canopy front
trim has been back drilled
you can go ahead and open
the canopy holes to the
final 5/16" diameter.
I used the step drill
as called for in the plans.
I found that it works best
if you turn the bit very
fast and use very little
pressure. To much pressure
or not enough speed makes
the edges of holes rough.
