After back drilling I
took the flashing off
again and laid it flat.
I drew as smooth curve
with a sharpy to maintain
my edge distances.
Then I cut the about
a quater of an inche
away from my curve.
I like to make my cuts
twice, leaving half inche
to a quater inche for the
final cut.
I have better control of my
shears this way.
Then I clecoed the trimmed
piece to the plexi again,
as a tial fit.
