Manual Flap Lever, Pilot's Side

Here's a view of my manual flap lever.
This is of my own design.
The lever has 60 degrees of travel
that results in 30 degrees of flap.
movement. There is also a 4 to one
mechanical advantage in the length of
the lever and compared to the length of
torque arm, so there's total of 8 to 1
mechanical advantage. Since the planned
for electric actuator is rated for 100 LBs
of thrust, I should only have to pull on
this lever about 12 pounds max to equal
the rating of the electric version. Still
it hasn't been flight tested, so borrow
at your own risk.
