I have more than one core engine, and
and as I was getting closer to running
and before I made the baffles I checked
the others and found that one had a
twelve plate cooler instead of the 8
plate one I was going to use.
Here you can see the 12 plate cooler.
You can also see where I'm taking
a small oil line to an oil pressure
guage on my test stand.
On the airplane I plan on using
an electric guage. You can also see
the mechanical fuel pump. My original
plan was to use this pump and an
electric backup.
Now I'm not sure if I'll use it or a
second electric pump.
To use the mechanical one I'll have
to modify it so that the intake
and output are on the opposite side.
It also doesn't quite fit like the
original.
