Instead of hooking up CHT probes
all over the place I bought an
inexpensive laser thermometer.
This tool works great! I checked
it's accuracy in the kitchen against
a pot of boilding water and a pot of
ice water.
It's right on the
money.
This way I can measure
the temperatures of everything.
