This view shows the seperate parts of
modified landing gear channel.
These modifications were the result of
choosing the Zodiac 601XL landing gear
offered by Aircraft Spruce.
This gear is 2 piece, unlike the one
continuous spring gear described in the
plans.
The piece described in the plans has been
made taller and another channel rivetted
inside. Then a bottom piece has been
added making the bottom of the plane
smooth.
This mod effects a lot of other parts too.
The parts for the seats and the arm rest
had to be redimensioned.
