This picture shows the propeller
in the balance fixture.
When the prop is perfectly balanced
You can sit it in any orientation
and it won't move.
If it's out of ballance it roll
until the heavy side is down.
Hand sanding is used to take down
the heavy side.
Once it's balanced even a little
piece of tissue paper will make
roll.
