The photo shows the tools used
to carve the prop.
Mostly simple common carving tools.
The aluminum templates were created
from the plans I had drawn.
Each one represents a station
along the prop blade. The idea
is to carve until the prop just
fits in the template.
The 2 blades need to be exactly
alike.
