Propeller Jig

When resizing the propeller
I made this jig.
It is a 2x10 drilled with
the same hole pattern as
the prop.
Stations are drawing every
2 inches down the length
of one side.
With these stations I
I could measure up vertically
from the board to the trailing
and leading edges.
The jig also helps control
identical plan form of the
blades.
By continually turning the
prop around in the jig you
guarantee identical plan
form, thickness, and pitch
