Figuring out which materials to
use was a bit of an ordeal. So
here is what I used.
Bondo or Elmers Fiberglass Cloth
about (8) 8 sqr ft packages
Bondo Fiberglass Mat
(2) 8 sqr ft packages
Chip Brushes (10), these are very
in expensive brushes from Walmart
I think they were in packages of
6 for 2 dollars.
Metal Spoons, Also very cheap from Walmart
in packages of 6 for 2 dollars.
I used a lot of containers and spoons,
to keep materials seperate to avoid
contamination.
(6) 2.5 cup Ziplock Tubs (12)
(8) Used peanut butter and humus containers.
(1 quart) #13 PVA release agent
(3 lb can) #1099 White Epoxy Surface Coat
(1 can) Mothers Carnauba Paste Wax
(2 blocks) Modeling Clay (craft store)
(1 tube) Dynatron Glazing and Spot Putty
(1 can) E-Z Poxy Resin from Aircraft Spruce
(1 Can) E-z Poxy Hardener
