The original master I made
was destroyed when the mold
was seperated from the master.
I tried an experiment using
just paste wax on one side
and paste wax plus PVA release
agent on the other side.
The side without the release
agent stuck like epoxy glue!
I had to bust the original in
little pieces and pick the remains
off of the surface. It took a lot
of time. The original was just
styrofoam and sheetrock mud, so
it wasn't very resistent to stress.
The waxed primer surface had to be
desolved off of the mold surface
with laquer thinner and abrasiion.
After getting all the old primer
off, I touched up a few little
bubbles that had formed in the
corners with spot puddy.
