I decided on a 2 piece
mold. I was worried
the part would not pull
from a one peice mold
as there would be zero
draft angle.
To form the parting line
I took a chunk of old
styrofoam and carved a
a void roughly the shape
of the master.
Then I used oil clay to
fill in the gap.
I applied several layers
of Mothers Carnauba
Paste Wax as a parting
agent.
Apply the wax to the
parting line material too.
