Cable Tension Guage

I made this cable tension guage so that I can check the tension
and comply with recent Service Bulletine from Zenith.
I got the idea of making my own from seeing the one Larry McFarland made.

The one differnce between mine and Larry's is that I've added a dial
that multiplies the movement up.
I calibrated it with a suspended weight. A bucket of bricks worked
great because the bricks happened to be 5 pounds each.
