I started by bending the short side to a 90 degree bend, by using the long bevelled boards and clamps method.
Then I bent the skin at the trailing edge the same way.
Next I had to increase the bend at the trailing edge, see Trailing Edge.
Then I had to also increase the bend on the short edges from 90 to 73.
I just used my hands for that.
When I was done the skin lays in the correct form.
The aileron skins were done the same way.
