Bell Horn Access

All the parts, even the access covers, get painted with self etch primer on the mating surfaces.
The nut plates are held on by 3/32 solid flush rivets.
I counter sink each nutplate on the rivet holes, and let the rivet squeezer deform the sheet metal to result in a flush rivet.
There's no need to pre-dimple the sheet metal for these.
