One of the mistakes I made was over tightening the load binders.
I wound up with a slight bend in my leading edge of about 3/8 of an inch.
It bends gradually from end to end leaving a high point in the middle.
I contacted Zenith about this defect and they told how it might effect flight characteristics but said it was acceptable.
