I show my mistakes in these pages in hope that someone can learn from them.
Here's another one.
The first installation place I made for the LRI probe wound up directly behind one of the fuel vent tubes.
I decided this would likely be too much air disturbance near my LRI probe to get a good reading.
So, I patched the hole and moved it another rib outboard.
The patch has a small peice the same shape as the hole rived to it with flush rivets and is almost invisible from the outside.
