I had made my own T square earlier in the project then when it came time to drill the spar for the ribs I turned it into a drill quide by drilling holes through it.
Later I clamped the spars to the ribs and drilled through the already existing holes into the ribs.
The T square is made from 1/4 x 1-1/2 alumum stock left over from the spar caps.
