I experimented with different ways of pressing the flange dies.
I tried using my little arbor press, but the method I found worked best was to put a half inch bolt through them and squeeze them together.
This picture doesn't show it, but I found I need to put more support at the washer, so I made large washers out of 1/4 inch aluminum.
