I made these flanging dies by cutting circles with my saber saw and adjusting them with a rasp.
The light brown is MDF, the dark brown is masonite. Masonite is harder than the MDF so I've used it where the forming takes place.
If I ever make another set I'll probably do them on the lathe, but these work very well.
