This view shows off the rear spar.
No fancy tools here. I simple took a long piece of hard wood (oak) and beveled an edge on it and clamped the metal between it and another board, and used a mallet fold the metal over.
The bend radius and part straightness are as good as you'd get with a fancy metal brake.
