I made the nose rib form blocksper the instructions, putting 1/4 inch aluminum plate on the insides.
I fealt this was needed given how many ribs they would have to form.
Also the tip gets hammered hard during forming.
The wing form blocks didn't require the metal plate.
The MDF press would was plenty tough and they show very little ware.
