Shortly after this picture was taken I discovered my biggest mistake to date.
The solid rivets I'd used were the soft variety.
I don't know if I orderedthe wrong type or if ACS made the mistake, but I didn't realize it until the spars were complete.
I had not yet rivetted the ribs to the frame.
I had to dissassemble the spar, removing ALL of the rivets and replace them with the correct type.
I've developed some very good rivet removing techniques.
