Foam Core

I used a 1/4 piece of plywood cut the shape of the opening then glued peices of styrafoam to this.
The foam is used stuff I've saved from packaging.
I build it beyond where I needed then roughed out my shape with a rasp.
I tried to imagine the finished shape about a quarter inche from this surface
